Problem Solving is one of the topics which have attracted much attention in the mathematics-education circles during the recent years. Basing on the study of Education of Mathematical Problem Solving at home and aboard, and taking the specific reality of mathematics- education in the middle school in modem China, this paper points out that to establish and carry out the sense of Education of Mathmatecal Problem Solving is the effective way to promote fully the Mathematical Quality Education in the middle school. And this paper is divided into three parts: Firstly, it overviews the Education of Mathematical Problem Solving, and states that to establish the micro-sense of Education of Mathematical Problem Solving is the effective way to promote fully the macro-sense of Education of Mathematical Quality Education in the middle school, and lies the significance of Education of Problem Solving. Secondly, on basic of thorough discussion on the sense of Education of Mathematical Problem Solving it explains the value orientation of the sense of Education of Mathematical Problem Solving from the perspectives of non-intelligence factor, Mathematical Metacognition, Mathematical Consciousness etc. Lastly, it puts suggestions about how to carry out the sense of Education of Mathematical Problem Solving. This paper intends to provide some theoretical evidence for the promotion of Mathematical Quality Education and the reform of mathematics- education in the middle school, to make the educated students more adaptable to the developing era, to meet the needs for that talented person in the Knowledge-Economy time in the 2l century.
