At present,the emotional problems of young students have become increasingly serious,which is related to the lack of emotional education,the neglect of family education,and the lack of teachers' caring skills.In view of the fact that the process of educatio is a process of emotional communication between teachers and students,the students'' emotional development,personality promotion,and spiritual growth cannot be separated from the teachers' Emotional Caring.Therefore,this article takes the teacher's Emotional Caring ability as an entry point,by enhancing teachers' awareness of caring about students' affective aspects,so that teachers can understand how to care for student emotions.While improving the emotional development of students,they can continuously improve teachers' caring emotional cognition ability and the ability to build relationships with friends,which can promote the development of teachers' Emotional Caring ability and provide a relatively new growth point for solving the current emotional problems in education.This article selects two schools in Henan Province for research,mainly by sending questionnaires to teachers to obtain survey results,supplemented by participatory observations of teacher-student engagement activities,and by combining non-structural interviews with teachers and students.This paper adopted the method of combing theoretical analysis and investigation research,and analyzes the current status of teachers'Emotional Caring skills and analyzes the reasons for the existence of problem.Finally,put forward reasonable suggestions for the development of teachers' Emotional Caring ability.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.It analyzes the research reasons and research significance of improving teacher's emotional caring ability,reviews the domestic and foreign scholars' research results on emotional caring,and explains the theoretical basis of the topic and the research ideas and methods.The second part is to explain the connotation and implication of the teacher's emotional caring ability,including defining it,analyzing its structure,and interpreting the educational implications of it.On the basis of the theoretical analysis,the third part analyzes the development status of the three components of the teacher's emotional caring ability.The survey results show that the teacher's emotional caring ability needs to be improved.The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the problems.In the fifth part,based on the overall research and current situation analysis of teacher's emotional caring ability,the author explores the development of teacher's emotional caring ability from three levels:the transformation of teachers' educational values,teacher education reform,the adjustment of the external"ecological environment".
