Promote The Children With Congenital Heart Disease Hospital To Adapt To The Social Work Practice Research

The research of this paper is a practical study on the social work of promoting admission adjustment of children with congenital heart disease and their families.Pediatric congenital heart disease is common heart disease,congenital heart disease usually can be cured by surgical treatment and intervention treatment,but things change in the course of treatment for patients themselves or the patient's family will produce great don't adapt to the move.First of all,this study USES the interview method,observation method and other research methods,combined with the internship experience,by combining literature study of the patient group,through the analysis of children with congenital heart disease and their family members to the hospital for treatment during the psychological and behavioral adaptation and interpersonal adaptation problems,explore the reasons behind these problems and intervention.Secondly combining the theory of social learning theory,social support and advantage perspective theory as the basis,with the help of picture books to read and play therapy as the tool,using the methods of case work and social work theme activities of the ways to help children better adapt to the hospital environment,to a certain extent,both contribute to the recovery of patients can also contribute to the establishment of a good doctor-patient relationship.Finally,according to the research results of this study,for children with congenital heart disease,through this for children with congenital heart disease and their family members to the hospital to adapt to the aspects of the intervention,and makes the children with congenital heart disease in hospital to adapt to the environment,the psychological adaptation and behavior adapt to aspects and so on have obvious improvement;For the families of children with congenital heart disease,the families of patients with congenital heart disease had a significant change in coping mechanism of crisis events.For the medical staff,this study promotes the alleviation of the doctor-patient relationship between the children with congenital heart disease and their families and medical staff to a certain extent,thus alleviatingthe psychological pressure of the medical staff.For medical social workers,the practice explore a set of more basic effective mode of medical social work practice,it is concluded that by drawing books reading intervention and a combination of both game for children with congenital heart disease and their families to the hospital to adapt to a significant role.Based on the above conclusions,this paper discusses and recommends the development of medical social work and medical social workers,and lays the foundation for the better development of medical social work.
