At present,China's medical model has changed from the traditional disease-centered model to the individual-centered "bio-psychology-social model",which requires attention to the mental and social issues of children's health as well as their physical health.Congenital heart disease is a high incidence of preschool children, and children with congenital heart disease in the perioperative period usually have a high level of anxiety due to long-term hospitalization, intensive examination and treatment, fear of surgery and other reasons. The purpose of this study was to explore the solution through social work methods to solve the common anxiety problems in perioperative children. This study adopts the method of case study and takes the children with congenital heart disease in the department of pediatric cardiothoracic surgery of K hospital in kunming city as a whole case to explore the practical process and effect of social work intervention in reducing anxiety of children with congenital heart disease in the perioperative period. The study was divided into two parts:in the part of baseline investigation, the anxiety scale of preschool children was used as the measuring tool to understand the anxiety level and type of children with congenital heart disease in the perioperative period, and then understand the performance and causes of anxiety of children through interviews. At the stage of social work intervention, piaget's cognitive development, game theory and social learning theory were used as the basis to carry out social work practical intervention. The results showed that the anxiety level of children with congenital heart disease was high in the perioperative period, the anxiety of preoperative physical injury was obvious, and the anxiety of postoperative separation was also apperant. The practical intervention of 6 children with congenital heart disease in the perioperative period showed that social work intervention was applicable to reduce anxiety in children with congenital heart disease in the perioperative period, and social learning theory was available to reduce anxiety in children with congenital heart disease in the perioperative period. Finally, the author reflects on the service process and believes that the application of social learning theory should pay attention to the influence of social environment on children's emotions, and should combine the problems faced by children to create examples and deeds. The author puts forward to some suggestions for social work to intervene in the services for children with congenital heart diseases:social work in children's hospitals should be vigorously popularized, the ability of medical social workers for children should be further improved, the service space for medical social workers for children should be expanded, the role of medical social workers in hospitals should be identified, and the rehabilitation services for patients after recovery should be strengthened.
