Since the beginning of the twenty-first Century,the aging of the population in our country has been increasing,in order to alleviate the social problems brought about by aging,in the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,the communique focused on the establishment of a more equitable and sustainable social security system,It has become an inevitable trend to research and formulate progressive retirement age policy and postpone retirement.However,the public seems reluctant to postpone retirement.In 2013,China Youth Daily's social survey on delayed retirement intention found that 94.5%of the people voted against it.Postponing retirement age is a policy related to the national economy and the people's livelihood,its formulation and implementation process is a game process between the government's resolutions and the wishes of our 1 billion 400 million population.Therefore,how to achieve a win-win situation between the government and the public has become the most important part of the design of the strategy of postponing the retirement age.Based on the actual situation of China,combined with two levels of macro and micro,this paper explores and studies the optimal retirement age and delayed retirement mode comprehensively considering pension sustainability and employee willingness.This paper reviews the background of China's retirement age policy reform,systematically reviews the related research status at home and abroad,and elaborates the related concepts and theoretical knowledge in detail.In the study on retirement age based on pension sustainability,this paper is mainly based on the macro level,using the method of system dynamics to build prediction model of bilinear population,taking Beijing city as an example,to calculate the pension gap from the optimum substitution rate.And then to study the optimal retirement age based on the sustainable development of the pension system,so as to alleviate the pressure of pension gap.In the study of the willing retirement age based on the life value of the workers,this paper is mainly based on the micro level,from the perspective of labor value theory and construction of life value function,and then introduce the two stages of the utility function,to build a quantitative utility function to quantify employees'life value.Based on this,we will analyze and analyze the willingness retirement age of our employees,so as to alleviate the pressure brought by the implementation of the delayed retirement policy.Research on the delayed retirement strategy based on pension sustainability and employee's will,this paper puts forward a suitable mode of delaying retirement age suitable for the local population in China,considering the two levels of macro and micro,considering the pension sustainability and employee retirement intention,and drawing on the successful experience of the world.The results are verified by simulation and contrast analysis.Finally,the paper summarizes the research results of this paper,and puts forward the prospect of foreign research ideas and directions.
