Teacher's practical knowledge is an important part of professional development of teachers, of which the number and quality determines the actual level of the teachers and reveals the process mechanism of the creation.So it is very important to rich the theory and development of teachers.There are four parts in this article which can be briefly introduced as follows. Firstly, the research issues are proposed with research purpose and importance on the basis of domestic and foreign teacher practical knowledge in the first part. Secondly, in the second part, the core theoretical foundation of this article are introduced and analyzed, which includes teachers' professional development, tacit knowledge theory and knowledge management theory. Thirdly, the third part of the paper analyzes the creation of teachers' practical knowledge and brings up the internal conditions of teachers practical knowledge creation, which includes the reasonable structure of teacher knowledge, the reasonable teacher competency, positive ideal of teaching profession and the accumulation of teacher practical experience, and the external conditions that includes higher social status and occupational prestige, scientific training and evaluation system, nice school management and culture, and stable family life and support. Fourth, the last part of the paper is on the basis of "knowledge spiral" theory which is created by Japanese experts Nonaka and Dengti, combining of the process of the professional development of teachers, to give a detailed description about process of practical knowledge of teachers and discuss the stage of development, process model and "Field" of practical knowledge's creation for teachers in middle and primary school.
