The famous class teacher studio is a teacher learning community supported by the education administration department,led by the famous class teacher and participated by the majority of class teacher members.By organizing and carrying out online and offline training activities,the studio shares the professional knowledge and management experience of the head teacher,which opens a new learning path for the professional development of the in-service head teacher.At present,knowledge management has been widely applied to schools,teachers,educational technology and other aspects in the field of education,and has a great prospect of application in the future.However,knowledge management is rarely applied in the famous expert teacher's studio,and relevant studies are relatively weak.This research try starting from the theoretical basis of knowledge management,discusses primary and secondary school class teacher studio operation mechanism and operation mode of knowledge management,and the studio and analysis of the six elements of knowledge management in the knowledge management theory combined with the actual construction of the class teacher studio,enrich the research results of class teacher studio,is conducive to play the leading role of class teacher studio,to solve the current class teacher studio faces confusion and problems in the construction of knowledge management to provide important reference and reference.This study firstly sorted out the relevant literatures in the four research fields of knowledge management at home and abroad,knowledge management in the field of education,teachers' learning community and class teacher's workshop,and clarified the progress and shortcomings of the existing studies.This paper defines the core concepts of knowledge management,teacher knowledge management,studio and famous class teacher's studio,and elaborates the theory of teacher knowledge management and the theory of teacher learning community.This study is based on the theory of knowledge management to construct class teacher studio running mechanism and model of knowledge management,and each primary and secondary school class teacher studio in zhejiang province as the investigation object,takes theform of questionnaire and interview to the studio host and their members to carry out the class teacher studio,investigation of the current situation of knowledge management and using SPSS24.0 statistical analysis software and text analysis respectively analyze the questionnaire data and the interview results,explore the class teacher studio in six dimensions of knowledge management problems and the reasons of the problem,Finally,the author puts forward some strategies to improve the knowledge management of the famous expert teacher's studio.
