Primary education is an important stage for individuals to acquire knowledge and develop good behaviors.However,in recent years,the negative effects caused by primary school children's weariness have attracted more and more attention.In view of the fact that scholars in the past mostly started with middle school and college students and learned about the current situation and causes of school weariness,and put forward corresponding theoretical solutions,this study uses the perspective of ecosystem theory to analyze the main causes of pupils' tiredness through case studies in order to seek the micro level an effective way to improve tiredness.The author chose sixth-grade tired of student R as the research object and used case work methods to intervene.In the earlier period,through the collection of relevant data from the case owner,peer group and teaching staff,and the theory of ecosystem,the author concludes that the factors causing the student's weariness include the following: In the personal system,the learning attitude is not strong,learning Unclear motives and weak self-management skills;family systems,lack of parent-child interaction,lack of family education,and lack of family learning environment;in the school system,the traditional education methods,irrational curriculum,and lack of a strong learning atmosphere in class.After clarifying the problems and needs of the client,the author placed the service focus on the improvement of the owner's ability and the improvement of the surrounding system environment.Through emotion counseling,the strengthening of the client's self-management,and the promotion of interpersonal communication skills,the author's academic performance and interpersonal communication skills has improved greatly.At the same time,by tapping potential resource relationships around the case,it helps strengthen parent-child communication and promotes“home-school” partnerships.Multi-party cooperation is committed to the improvement of the problem of tired of students.According to the practice,the author finds that ecosystem theory has certainadvantages when analyzing the problem of the case.At the same time,due to the lack of case model in practice,it is not conducive to the effective development of social work services.In addition,the roles played by social workers in schools in educators,enablers,peers,and communicators are more conducive to service promotion.
