Research On Social Work Intervention In Elderly Mental Assistance From Ecosystem Perspective

The pluralistic and diversified social needs of the elderly groups have aroused widespread concern in the country,society and academic circles.With the rapid development of social economy,the elderly group is no longer confined to the social circle of living material and economic foundation,but has a strong demand for social culture and spirit,among which,the spiritual relief needs of the elderly group represented by empty nest,bereavement and widowhood are especially prominent.Although the current social assistance system is relatively complete,but the rescue route is still in accordance with the traditional economic and material assistance,the corresponding mental assistance policies,means and other related research is still weak.Therefore,how to effectively intervene in spiritual assistance and provide support is a common problem facing social assistance and social work.This study takes the old age spiritual aid as the research object,selects the old age funeral crisis event of the Z community X victim in Hefei city as an example,through the literature method,the interview method and the case study three big research methods,tries to explore the present old age spiritual aid predicament and the social work effective intervention old age spiritual aid path and the way,has the important theory research and the realistic development significance.Through the research and investigation on the work of mental aid for the elderly in our country,this paper will put forward some perfect measures and suggestions by studying some problems existing in the current process of mental aid for the elderly in our country.First of all,from the reality and necessity of the development system of mental aid for the elderly,the author determines that mental aid for the elderly is a major relief object for the elderly who have suffered mental crisis,linking them with various social assistance organizations,synthesizing the scientific advantages in various fields,preventing the outbreak of their mental illness or potential mental crisis,providing psychological support,mental aid and reshaping their personality,and helping the elderly to return to the professional relief work ofsociety.In the process of spiritual aid,the author,with the help of ecosystem theory,intervenes in many ways to form a new system of spiritual aid for the elderly,and determines that under the ecosystem theory,social work intervention in the elderly spiritual aid has a positive role in promoting.Secondly,this paper takes the X victim of the elderly bereavement in the Z community as an example,the X victim of the elderly bereavement,the spirit suffered a strong impact,the support system from the family and peers is fragile,nervous,emotional ups and downs,and even to the body of the X victim has caused a negative impact on sub-health.The two-way guiding innovation under the spirit of "helping others and self-help" in social work has changed the relief process from "one-way supply of resources" to "two-way interaction of relief subjects ",inspired more social forces to join the spiritual relief service with the participation of multiple subjects,and brought into full play the multiple social role functions of social work.Finally,the author has formed an ecosystem-based professional intervention system to help the elderly to break the freezing point of the family and rebuild the family support.This paper hopes to develop and improve the mental aid work of the elderly group through the intervention of the main body of the elderly,the mental aid work of the elderly and the development of the social work itself,so as to raise the attention of the society to the mental assistance of the elderly: first,the micro-level needs to pay attention to the strengthening of the self-help consciousness of the elderly group;second,the meso-level needs to give full play to the superior strength of social work,and needs to increase the localization of social work and the development of talents;third,the macro-level suggests to optimize social policies to better retain the high-end talents who participate in the social spiritual assistance.In the social multi-subjects work together to enrich the spiritual life of the elderly and contribute to the strength.
