| Since ancient times,the problem of the disabled has been a common concern of all sectors of society,among which the problem of the disabled youth is the most prominent.Due to difficult to cure completely disabled on one hand,on the other hand because many disabled youth population,outstanding characteristics,requirements,complicated reasons,such as this kind of problem has gradually from the individual particularity universality evolved into a certain social problems,from a single individual responsible for the development of corporate social responsibility,the solution of the problem,not only relates to the satisfaction of demand rise and fall of a country undertakings for disabled persons,even is related to the progress of modern society civilization development.However,at present,the rehabilitation of disabled adolescents in China is mostly limited to individual physiological treatment,psychological counseling,behavioral correction and vocational skill training,etc.,while the essential social advocacy and social integration services for comprehensive rehabilitation are neglected,which makes it impossible for disabled adolescents to obtain better rehabilitation effects.At the same time,there are few researches on the social rehabilitation of disabled adolescents in the current academic circle,and social work intervention services from the perspective of ecosystem theory are even more rare.Therefore,based on the above objective facts,the author combined with his own professional advantages,based on the perspective of ecosystem theory,and used social work professional methods to carry out social rehabilitation intervention services for 7 disabled adolescents in A City Special Education School.First,social rehabilitation services were carried out for disabled adolescents’ rehabilitation needs in the micro system.Secondly,family resilience promotion service is provided for disabled adolescents’ rehabilitation needs in the meso internal system.Secondly,we focus on the rehabilitation needs of disabled adolescents in the outer and middle system to provide community accessible integration services.Finally,social advocacy services are proposed for the rehabilitation needs of the macroscopic system of disabled adolescents.Through the combination of short-term theme activities and long-term guidance mechanism,disabled adolescents are placed in the combined services of homogeneous and heterogeneous groups to promote the improvement of their own abilities,and the clients are encouraged to change from passive participation in rehabilitation to active participation in rehabilitation,so as to realize the multi-level generalization of their skill acquisition.At the same time,it helps the families of disabled teenagers to build a support network to promote the family’s resilience and ensure its normal operation.Through the community barrier-free integration service,correct the wrong cognition of community residents and their peers,and promote the acceptance and identification of disabled youth;With the help of social support,it advocates to improve policy guarantee,create a good social atmosphere,and promote the final formation of an "inclusive environment" for disabled adolescents.Due to the author’s lack of professional theory and practical experience in social work,there are still many drawbacks in this study,which requires social workers to continuously reflect and summarize in order to further improve their professional level and improve the logic and rigor of the study. |
