Since it was firstly referred in the trial version of the Syllabus of Chinese Teaching(2000),the saying "to improve students' Chinese accomplishment comprehensively" has become the curriculum idea of all the Chinese educators.The Chinese educators who are struggling in the front line of the Chinese teaching make lots of meaningful efforts.The school which the writer works is located in the rural-urban fringe area,so the learning ability and enthusiasm of the students are relatively low.After doing a lot of research and considering the current situation,the writer tries to develop the speech training at the school in order to study its function in promoting the Chinese aesthetic accomplishment.And at the same time,the writer also summarizes the strategies of implementing the speech training in detail.The first part of the study is about the related concepts.While the second part describes the learning situation of the middle school students under the traditional Chinese teaching methods and points out the necessity of speech training.Meanwhile this part also provides some ways to make the detailed requirements of the speech training.In the third part,the writer makes a summary of the strategies,including the topics,the misdirection and the practical cases in the process of the speech training.In the last part,the writer thoroughly analyses the function of the speech training in promoting the Chinese aesthetic accomplishment of the middle school students through the specific data as well as theoretical knowledge.
