| Under the great environment of education information,the importance and advantages of network training of teachers has become increasingly prominent.The paper takes the actual situation of the network training of primary and secondary school teachers in Wuhan as an example,and makes a detailed analysis of four research platforms used by teachers in Wuhan based on the literature research.Then it tries to explore the practical problems existing in the primary and secondary school teachers’network training and put forward an effective solution on the results of interviews and questionnaires.The ultimate aim of this paper is to promote the professional development of teachers.There are six chapters in this paper.The contents of each chapter are summarized as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter expounds the background and significance of the research,analyzes the current situation of related research both at home and abroad,collates the definition and theoretical basis of the related concepts,introduces the contents and methods of the research,and illustrates the innovation of the research.The second chapter is about the content analysis research of Wuhan teachers’network training platform.This chapter first selects some teachers’ network training platforms in Wuhan as the object of analysis,then explains the reasons for the selection,and then carries out detailed content analysis for each platform.The third chapter is about the investigation of teachers’ network training in Wuhan.Based on the analysis of the purpose and object of the survey,this chapter designs an investigation method combining interviews with questionnaires to understand teachers’needs,find problems and explore solutions.The fourth chapter summarizes the existing problems of primary and secondary school teachers’ network training.The specific problems include:teachers’ willingness to participate in network training activities is strong but lack of motivation;the interaction depth of teachers’ participation in network training activities is not enough;the resources of training are not enough to keep pace with the times,and the management evaluation mechanism of teachers’ network training is not perfect.The fifth chapter puts forward some countermeasures for the improvement of the primary and secondary school teachers’ network training.The specific countermeasures include:enriching research resources,diversifying research forms;taking teachers as the main body,providing personalized service and promoting the deep interaction of network research;improving the management evaluation mechanism of network research and management to form a normalization;upgrading platform and promoting education information.The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect of the study.In this chapter,the research results are summarized,and the shortcomings of the research process are put forward,and the future research is prospected. |
