With gradually promoting and deepening of the new curriculum reform, the state pays more and more attention to the quality education. And this puts forward high demands on preschool teachers’ professional development. In order to improve the ability of preschool teachers’ professional development better, the state conducted a series of training for preschool teachers. In this paper, during the training of Hebei Province preschool teachers,the author conducted a field of investigation and research. Through the Hebei Province preschool teachers network training community platform, using questionnaire and interview,analyze and understand the basic information of the participants and the demand of the community, etc. Based on the above, the author carries out on the teachers network training community overall design specification, and then according to the results of the survey design application training content and training activities.In this paper, based on the training community platform the author investigates and analyses the practice of the application of training content and training activities for the learners. The network training community solves the problem of the learners’ learning state separation of time and space. It is practical to learn all the time, achieving the target of training, improving learners’ autonomous learning ability and the teaching activity design implementation ability. The learners learn new education concept and knowledge, and make the learners learn to summarize and reflection. But there is a deviation in the function construction, curriculum planning, learners and tutors or experts communication, etc. of the community. To solve these problems, the author analyses and designs the learners’ training from the system platform construction, training content and training activities of the community. Starting from the learners’ needs, design and apply the training content and training activities that meet the demand of learners. Through the application and practice of the training content in the community, examine the effects of training and impact. In view of the problems, put forward the opinions and suggestions that conform to the communityplatform construction and development, meet the demand of learners and achieve the learners’ expectation.
