Learning burnout is due to the student,when they not achieve the desired results of learning,they will fill discouraged about learning and the learning ability.Some students leave school even though their teacher disagree that.Learning burnout affect not only students' learning.Even affect the school management.Therefore,it is necessary to research learning burnout.Not only because the study is an important task of psychology,but also the study can improve the management of vocational school and the quality of teaching.By consulting relevant literature,we find there are many factors influencing the learning burnout of secondary vocational students,including external and internal factors.Social support to external factors,academic self-efficacy belongs to the internal factors of the student to obtain the higher levels of social support,the lower the relative learning burnout level higher academic self-efficacy can make students more confident,promote the acquisition and a sense of achievement,relative to the low level of learning burnout.This study intends to the youth learning burnout questionnaire scale,the writer is Yan Wu an Xiao-yang Dai,the social support scale and the academic self-efficacy questionnaire as a research tool.I choose 250 students fill in the questionnaire in Qingdao Shandong district,discuss the relationship among social support of vocational students and academic self-efficacy and learning burnout,then further research in the intermediary role between social support and learning burnout.It turns out:When the students have a higher level of social support,they will have a lower degree of burnout;the higher the level of self-efficacy,the lower the degree of learning burnout.they will fill a higher academic self-efficacy.The effect of social support on academic self-efficacy was significant.The self-efficacy of secondary vocational students plays an intermediary role in the prediction of learning burnout.
