According to the result of the relative research,learning burnout is a common exist in group of Chinese higher vocational college students.Learning burnout refers to a kind of negative emotion of the students in learning process,which caused by the feelings of high-load learning pressure or no prospective learning results in learning process and may further leads to emotional exhaustion,deindividuation,and negative personal accomplishment because of interest loss of the students.Learning burnout affect not only students' learning and living,even affect the college management order and hinder the improvement of teaching quality,and it also has a serious negative impact on the physical and mental health development of college students in higher vocational colleges.Research has shown that Social support has an important impact on the learning burnout of higher vocational college students,while academic self-efficacy is closely related to social support.In addition,academic self-efficacy is closely related to learning burnout.Therefore,this study intends to select about 1,200 students from some higher vocational colleges in Lanzhou City,Gansu Province as the research object,adopt the Social Support Rating Scale,the Academic Self-Efficacy Questionnaire,and the College Student Burnout Scale as a research tool for evaluation,and according to the results of the questionnaire to discuss the relation between the higher vocational college students' social support level,academic self-efficacy level,and learning burnout level,which is aimed at providing relevant basis and theoretical basis of intervention on learning burnout of higher vocational college students,and better maintaining and promoting psychological health development of students,and establishing the foundation for further research.The findings found:(1)There is a significant correlation between higher vocational college students' learning burnout,social support and academic self-efficacy.As an influential factor of learning burnout,social support can not only directly affect learning burnout,but also influence learning burnout through academic self-efficacy.(2)From the perspective of learning burnout,the level of learning burnout of sophomores is significantly higher than that of the first grade;from the perspective of social support,the first graders have the highest level of social support and the sophomores is the lowest.The social support level of urban students is significantly lower than that of rural students.From the perspective of academic self-efficacy,the level of academic self-efficacyof male students is significantly higher than that of female students.The academic self-efficacy of third-grade students is significantly higher than that of sophomores.Liberal arts students' academic self-efficacy is significantly lower than that of science students.Based on the results of this study,we propose the following suggestions.First,college leaders should establish a more scientific management model,respect students' personality,and adopt participatory teaching concepts to strengthen the cooperation between the school and students' parents.Secondly,teachers should seek more appropriate teaching methods,pay attention to the improvement of practical ability,and actively care for liberal arts students.Third,students' parents should give more positive support,use more “incentive education” to the students,and be comforted in time when they encounter difficulties.Finally,college students in higher vocational colleges should not evade problems,and should take the initiative to respond with the support of parents,teachers and classmates,and adapt to future's job position more quickly.
