The advancement and intensification of quality education puts forward higher requirements on students' innovative spirits and ability to solve practical problems.The setting of information technology courses is precisely to meet the new requirements of the information age for talent cultivation,and to cultivate student use information.Technology supports all kinds of awareness and ability to learn and solve various problems in life.At present,the research on problem exploration ability and scientific inquiry ability at home and abroad is relatively mature,and the research on problem exploration ability is insufficient.Based on above,from the perspective of improving junior high school students'problem-inquiring ability,this study analyzes the status quo of information technology teaching and the current status of Scratch teaching through the literature research and interview method,summarizes the problems existing in junior high school students'problem-inquiring ability,and designs Scratch teaching design based on enhancing problem-inquiring ability.Through the implementation of action research methods to implement classroom teaching,identify problems,improve teaching design and explore the effect of improving students' problem-inquiring ability.Questionnaires,interviews,and classroom observations are used to analyze the effect of students' problem-inquiring ability and understand students,attitudes toward teaching methods.This study aims to sum up strategies for improving junior high school students' problem-inquiring ability and provide new ideas for further improvement of teaching design.This study is divided into six parts:introduction,research review,application of Scratch course in junior high school information technology,teaching design and implementation,data analysis and conclusion,summary and prospect.The first part of introduction explains the research background and question,introduces the content and significance,and identifies the ideas and methods.The second part of review section sorts out the research status at home and abroad,defines the concepts of scientific inquiry ability,problem-solving ability and problem-inquiring ability,and elaborates the theoretical basis for the study.The third part analyzes the advantages of the Scratch course to enhance problem-inquiring ability,uses it as a teaching content to improve problem-inquiring ability,and constructs a Scratch teaching design based on enhancing problem-inquiring ability.The fourth part implements the Scratch teaching design built in junior high school students' information technology classroom,and improves it constantly.The fifth part of data analysis analyzes the effect of students' problem-inquiring ability before and after implementation by using the questionnaire data,understands students' attitudes towards teaching methods by questionnaires and interviews,summarizes relevant strategies to enhance students' problem-inquiring abilities and teaching design's advantages and deficiencies in the implementation process.The last part summarizes the innovation and deficiencies of this study,and puts forward to the follow-up study.This study aims to improve students' problem-inquiring ability.The teaching design aims to cultivate students' ability of asking,analyzing,inquiring and solving problems.By the ways of finding and raising questions,making plans and implementing the inquiry process to solve problems and get solutions,and using the self-reflection and evaluation,peers to express with each other to examine the depth of the exploration of the problem.In the implementation process,methods are proposed to improve teaching design in response to the problems,and four strategies are summed up for improving problem-inquiring ability,which are building up problems gradation step by step,exploring cooperation and improving efficiency,identifying problems and repairing weaknesses,sharing communication and improving thinking level.
