Investigation And Research On The Risk Management Of Network Entrepreneurship For College Students

With the emergence of new concepts,such as" Internet plus","Big Data","Internet of Things",and the government's support for the policy of "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation",a large number of college students are inclined to choose network entrepreneurship as a new business model.However,due to the fact that college students spend most of their time in the university,they lack knowledge about the society,therefore many problems arise in the process of their companies' operation.A research report indicated that many college students have the intention to start the entrepreneurship after graduation,but they usually give up only after a short period of time.The reason is that they do not know how to face some problems in the process of companies' operation,which shows that they do not have enough understanding of the risk management in the internet business.Based on this fact,the paper investigates the current situation of the risk management ability cultivation of college students' network entrepreneurship.The study is based on the project of innovation and entrepreneurship course,"Network entrepreneurship platform planning and risk control practice" in Central China Normal University.By means of literature analysis,questionnaire method,interviewing method and other methods,the paper investigated the current situation of college students'network entrepreneurship risk management,and puts forward corresponding strategies,hoping to improve college students' ability of risk management in network entrepreneurship in order to help to promote college students' network entrepreneurship.The study has five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,including research background,research significance and research status.The contents,methods and framework of this study are clarified in this part.The second chapter includes the introduction of the related concepts.The concepts of "network entrepreneurship" and "risk management" are defined.In addition,the factors that affect the recognition of network entrepreneurship risk and the management model of network entrepreneurship risk are put forward in this chapter.The third chapter is about the construction of cultivation model of risk management for college students.According to the results of interviews with experts and teachers,a questionnaire on the risk management of college students' network entrepreneurship has been designed.According to the results of the data analysis,the paper concludes the factors that affect the cultivation of the risk management of the network entrepreneurship for college students' the ability of the risk management of network entrepreneurship and the goal to be achieved.The study sets up a risk management cultivation model of college students' network entrepreneurship including background lever,core competence level and target level.The fourth chapter is about the way to cultivate the risk management of college students' network entrepreneurship.On the basis of the model set up previously,this paper combines the interview with the teachers and entrepreneurs,the results of the questionnaire data analysis and the actual situation of the university,feasible suggestions of risk management cultivation of college students' network entrepreneurship are proposed.The fifth chapter consists of conclusion and prospect.The author summarizes results and innovation of the research.In view of shortcomings in the research,the author looks forward to further research and discovery on this subject.
