On The Cultivating Paths Of College Students’ Employment And Entrepreneurship Ability In Independent Colleges

Independent college is a Regular Institutions of Higher Ed which focuses on bachelor degree or above education. Cooperating with social organization beyond national institutions, enterprises and individuals, independent college mainly carries out the undergraduate education through utilizing non-state fiscal funds. As a new blood of high education, independent college not only is the product of the reform of higher education itself but also is an advanced power of all varies of educational and teaching reform. As the independent college develops rapidly,there remains 266 independent colleges across the country nowadays,which,as an important part of higher education,undertakes the task of cultivating about one third of undergraduates of higher education. However,as a product of the innovation of educational institution,independent college exists many problems in these aspects of school-running modes,faculty,social environment and students’quality. Under the situation that the rate of gratuates’ employment is continuous low,the employment situation of graduates in independent college is particularly severe.There are 7.49million fresh graduates throughout the country in 2015. It’s said that there will be 7.65 million going out of their college campus. It’s impossible to relieve the severe situation of graduates employment.To promote the college graduates employment is a strategic issue that is related to national long-term stability. Independent college,as an important part of high education,has also attracted people’s attention. Compared with the graduates in public school or special school, however, the graduates in independent college are in miserable situation,who fall short of the best but are btter than the worst. Each independent college can’t avoid the question that whewher the ability of employment or entrepreneurship of its graduates is strong or weak,which not only is a final embodiment of independent college’s comprensive strength but also is an evaluation criteria to adapt to social competition and satisfy educational needs.According to the independent college’s characteristic and reality of students, the thesis did a research about the current situation of graduates employment or entrepreneurship in independent college,analyzing the problems about employability or entrepreneurial compentence and the factors that affect graduates’ abilities of employment or entrepreneurship. The thesis tries to find scientific ways to improve their abilities of employment and entrepreneurship from these five aspects:students, families,schools,government and society so that we can cultivate their abilities to employ or start up business. According to the logical order of putting forward a question, building framework, analyzing of evidence and solving the problem, this thesis includes six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction, which is a brief introduction of the research background,research significance,research situation at home and abroad, researchmet hods and ideas.The second chapter is the theoretical framework of the thesis. This chapter introduces these theories about independent college, the graduates’ ability of employment and entrepreurship in independent college, the logical relationship between employment and entrepreurship. Based on Maslow’s levels of demand, this thesis discusses the necessity of cultivating the their ability of employment and entrepreurship. Marxism Labor Theory of Value and Man’s All-round Development of Marxism lay the ground for the cultivation of graduates’ abilities of employment or entrepreneurship in independent college.The third chapter is the current situation of independent college students’ employment of entrepreurship will be introduced. This part includes graduates’ employment quality and entrepreneurial activity in independent college.The fourth chapter analyzes some factors that affect graduates’ abilities of employment or entrepreneurship in independent college.It focuses on these factors from students, families, schools, government and society.The five chapter introduces some ways to cultivate their abilities of employment and entrepreneurship based on these factors mentioned above. Through playing their subjective initiative, attaching great importance to the family role, strengthening the construction of independent college, improving the macro control and optimizing the social environment,we can foster graduates’ abilities of employment or entrepreneurship in independent college and stimulate the gratuates’ enthusiasm of employment and entrepreurship,which can lay a solid foundation for their future.The last part is the conclusion of the thesis. It mainly makes explaination of some deficiencies in the thesis.
