In 2014,the State Council issued the implementation opinions on deepening the reform of the examination and enrollment system,marking the beginning of the new college entrance examination in China;In 2019,the Guangdong provincial government issued the Implementation Plan for Deepening the Comprehensive Reform of the College Enrollment System in Guangdong,marking the official start of a new round of comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination in the province.The reform plan began from the students of high school,grade one in 2018 fall semester.By 2021,the examination and enrollment mode of classified examination,comprehensive evaluation and multiple enrollment has been basically formed,and the “overpass” connecting the growth of talents at all levels and all types of education has been preliminarily constructed,and the management system and mechanism examination and enrollment in colleges and universities that promote fair,scientific talent selection and strong supervision have been improved.The selection of new talents in the new National College Entrance Examination(NCEE for short)focuses more on the comprehensive evaluation of students,which is bound to pose new challenges to class management.The paper uses the method of literature,investigation and interview to discuss the current situation and existing problems of class management in ordinary high schools under the background of the new NCEE,and on this basis puts forward the measures to introduce project-based management into class management.Project management is a mature one,with a complete theoretical system and numerous successful experience accumulation.This paper expounds the feasibility and necessity of introducing project management method into class management,and discusses the three principles of project class management to be followed:adhere to the concept of system,adhere to the student-centered,and integrate the educational force.And according to the five processes of project management,the project class management is divided into: Project Start,determining the class management objectives;Project Planning,making class management activity plan;Project Implementation,setting up the project management team;Project Monitoring,timely correction;Project Closure,a good summary and evaluation of the five stages.According to the results of the implementation of the project class management,the paper summarizes the effects of the project class management: promoting the overall development of students,effectively integrating classmanagement resources,mobilizing students' awareness of active participation,enhancing students' team consciousness and collective concept,and improving the level of class management.At the end of the paper,the author summarizes some problems existing in the project class management,and puts forward some suggestions: the role of the head teacher should be accurate;the guidance to students should be appropriate;to improve the project management organizational framework,the appropriate project leader should be selected;the appropriate project management object should be selected;let each student truly become the master of class development.
