Education is one of the important industries in the public service industry.Secondary vocational education occupies a pivotal position in the whole education system.The development of modern economy depends more on the mastery and use of high-tech,China's secondary vocational education in response to this demand there are still many problems to be solved.The development of Guangdong Province's secondary vocational education was in a stable pace after the reform and opening up.In recent years,the Guangdong provincial government attaches great importance to the development of vocational education,introduced a series of vocational education reform and development planning,in order to achieve the provincial vocational education scale,structure,quality and efficiency of the balanced development.Since the beginning of the new century,Guangdong Province's secondary vocational skills examination as a bridge between the secondary vocational schools and vocational colleges,shoulder the important and specific mission of cultivating senior skilled workers for the society,and need to take the initiative to adapt to the development needs of the knowledge economy.Optimize the upgrading of industrial structure to provide talent and intellectual support.Through the analysis and sorting out the history and current situation of Guangdong Province's secondary vocational skills examination,The paper elaborates the management system of this examination from the angle of the overall goal,organizational structure,departmental responsibility and related management system.By using of questionnaire and interview,This article has carried on the deep analysis and the appraisal to the current management effect of it,and found that the problems,such as,the hierarchical management structure of the rigid,lacking of performance management,examiners exit system is imperfect,information management needs to be upgraded and other issues in the current management system.For the problems that exist in this examination management,using the basic theory and method of public management,This article put forward a lot of excellent promotion strategy,such as Optimizing the organizational structure,clarifying the authority and authority,improving the performance management and examiner exit system,strengthening the examination process management,improving the supervision and evaluation mechanism,making full use of computer means to achieve information management and so on.
