Biology is a discipline of experiment and practice.Biological experiment teaching is an important part of it.Experimental teaching can guide students to imitate the process of scientific inquiry,stimulate students to learn biology interest,and help students to further understand the important concept of biology and cultivate students' experimental operation skills,and then stimulate the students' awareness of innovation,and promote the cultivation of students' innovative ability.Based on this,in recent years,the proportion of experiment in new curriculum reform is also increasing.After the proposal for the comprehensive and in-depth promotion of education information guidance in the period of "13th Five-Year" by the Ministry of Education in September 2015,STEAM education,Maker education and other new education models have gradually entered the primary and secondary school classes.Maker education is a combination of maker culture and routine education.It is based on the interest of the students,using the means of project learning,using digital tools,advocating creation,encouraging sharing,paying attention to interdisciplinary learning,and cultivating a kind of quality education for solving problem ability,teamwork ability and innovation ability.In view of the deepening of the new curriculum reform and the deepening of the experimental education and the deepening of the mode of maker education,this research will be the core research issue of "integrating maker education into the teaching of biological experiment in junior middle school".In this study,the status and improvement of biology experiments in junior middle schools in Jiangmen were investigated by questionnaire.The results showed that the overall opening rate of junior middle schools in Jiangmen was low.Jiangmen City Experimental opening rate is 61.28%,and has quite a lot to do with the location of the school and how much attention the school leaders pay to the biology experiments.The difference of opening rate between city and town is quite obvious.The city school district overall experimental opening rate of 73.67%,suburban school overall experimental opening rate was 68.9%,rural school the overall experimental opening rate was 28.9%.The attention paid by school leaders,teachers' attitudes and objective factors are closely related to the improvement of teachers' experiments and the enthusiasm of innovation research.In order to further explore how to integrate maker education into biology experiment teaching in junior middle school,we discuss the feasibility and necessity of combining maker education with junior middle school biology experiment teaching.I use empirical teaching to do the related research in Jiangmen City Xinhui chenjinglun middle school,the result of which shows that,after the combination of maker education and biology experiment teaching,students in experimental class have significantly improved their biology learning performance or biology achievement.This also fully demonstrates that it is very meaningful to integrate maker education into biology experiment teaching in Jiangmen area,which is conducive to further develop students' independent innovative experiment ability and biological scientific literacy.The paper presents related operation measures and case with system.They provide teachers and certain reference about studying how the junior middle school biology pacts maker education into the experimental teaching,and help realize the integration of maker education junior middle school biology experiment teaching and learning.To achieve the purpose of maker education and develop the student's spirit of innovation and the practical ability of innovation.It supplements the blank of the research on the integration of maker education and biology in the research of maker education in primary and secondary schools.
