In order to improve teacher's subject and teaching literacy and student's scientific literacy and inquiry capabilities, this article that the theme is the effective teaching strategies of the junior high school biology exploring experiment adopt many research method, such as the cultural heritage overview method, experiment method, questionnaire survey method, examine measure method, mental statistics method etc. The biology exploring study present condition of the junior one student is analyzed. On this foundation, put forward some effective teaching strategies of exploring experiment, applied in the fulfillment. At the same time, control experiment is designed to checkout the effectiveness of the applications. The variational data of the ability in the strategies applications is acquired through the examine measure method and mental statistics method. The data is analyzed by the mathematics statistics software SPSS 15.0.The content of this research have five parts. They are theoretical studies of this subject study, studies of the biology exploring experiment study present condition of the junior one student, studies of the effective teaching strategy research of the junior high school biology exploring experiment, studies of the effective teaching experiment research of the junior high school biology exploring experiment, and conclusion. Chapter one is theoretical studies of this subject study, the concept of the exploring experiment and effective teaching are defined. The advance of this subject, the signification of this study and innovations are expatiated. Chapter two is studies of the biology exploring experiment study present condition of the junior one student. The biology exploring study present condition of the junior one student is analyzed, preparing for the effective teaching strategy. Chapter three is studies of the effective teaching strategy research of the junior high school biology exploring experiment. The implementation of that is expatiated, the strategies of cooperative learning, problem teaching, and situation learning, are applied in the exploring experiment teaching. Chapter four is studies of the effective teaching experiment research of the junior high school biology exploring experiment. The effect of the exploring experiment teaching is tested by the effective teaching strategy. The control experiment research after the effective teaching strategy is expatiated. The data is quantitative analyzed to test the efficiency of the teaching strategy. The experimental result indicating that the applications of the effective teaching strategy is effective.This research including three innovations progeny: The biology classroom instruction activity design of the actualizing of the exploring experiment teaching effective strategy is expatiated according as the junior high school textbook. The effective teaching strategy is expatiated that, the exploring experiment is actualized in the biology classroom instruction. The effective teaching strategy of exploring experiment is researched by mathematics statistics through mental statistics method and examine measure method.
