Analysis On Feasibility Of Offering D-level Coaches Training Course In Specialized Football Class Of Jiangsu Province

The National Youth Campus Football Development Report(2015-2017)released in 2017 shows that after more than two years of exploration,there are currently more than 13,000 unique school campus football schools nationwide.The enthusiasm for youth football on campus across the country is high and the results are obvious.At the same time,however,the lack of professional teacher coaches has plagued the development of campus football.With the rapid development of soccer activities on campus,students in professional courses are also responsible for the role of football coaches when they enter the workplace.In addition,primary and secondary schools use the students with D-level coaches as the priority for teacher recruitment.However,due to the limited training efficiency and coverage of the Chinese Football Association,students of the D-class coaches certificate are rare.In order to improve the quality and quantity of D-level coaches,this study used literature,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,interviews,field trips,and logic analysis to study nine sports education specializations in Jiangsu Province.The class is the survey object and investigates and analyzes the status quo of the syllabus,faculty,venues and facilities,and analyzes the training content and forms of assessment of the D-level coach training course organized by the Chinese Football Association.The feasibility of Class D coach training courses.Through in-depth study,we reached the following conclusions:(1)As far as the teaching target is concerned,it is feasible to set up a D-level coach training course in a football training class.The students in the football training class have a certain football technical foundation,as well as good cultural qualities and potential for re-learning.In addition,students have a good foundation in foreign languages,which lays the foundation for improving coaches' teaching skills.(2)As far as the training goal is concerned,it is feasible to set up a D-class coach training course in the football training class.The teaching objectives of physical education majors in physical education are more comprehensive,including ideological and moral qualities,basic theoretical knowledge,technical and tactical practice,and teaching ability.(3)As far as the teaching content is concerned,it is feasible to open a D-level coach training course in a football training class.Some colleges and universities lack one or more technical and tactical teaching contents.They should adjust the teaching content,allocate teaching hours reasonably,and train comprehensive football talents.(4)In terms of teaching hours,it is feasible to set up a D-level coach training course in a football training class.The teaching practice of Jiangsu's physical education specialized sports class focuses on 2-3 semesters(150-350 hours),and adequate teaching time guarantees teaching quality.(5)As far as the teaching venues and facilities are concerned,it is feasible to open a D-level coach training course in the football training class.All schools are equipped with libraries,multimedia classrooms,gymnasiums,indoor track and field fields,football standard venues,and so on.Modern teaching facilities ensure the normal teaching and improve the quality of teaching.(6)There is no D-class coach instructor certificate in the special football class teacher,and the disjointed theory and practice content of the special class is the two major problems for the special class to open the D-class coaches.
