The great process and practice of reform and opening up over the past 40 years has fully proved that the private economy,as a highly market-oriented economic form,plays an irreplaceable role in the new normal of my country’s economic development.The number of private start-ups has increased sharply,and female entrepreneurs have risen to become active in the economic market.While realizing their self-worth,they continue to promote the development of the national economy.In the practice of entrepreneurship,female entrepreneurs are facing tremendous work pressure.There are too many high-risk and unstable factors in entrepreneurial activities.On the one hand,female entrepreneurs need to continuously learn new knowledge and new technologies to adapt to the constantly changing entrepreneurial needs;on the other hand,under the background and concepts of traditional Chinese culture,women bear Faced with the dual challenges of career and family,it is faced with the constraints brought about by many gender factors,and suffers from more serious work pressure than male employees and male entrepreneurs,which brings multiple physical,psychological and behavioral problems to female entrepreneurs.As a profession that promotes individual well-being and solves social problems,social work will play an important role in solving the work pressure of female entrepreneurs.This study selects female entrepreneurs in private enterprises in Beijing Z Business Incubation Park as the research object,and uses questionnaire surveys,interviews,and participatory observation methods to analyze the current situation and causes of female entrepreneurs’ work pressure.Female entrepreneurs in the park are suffering from work pressure.Negative effects on the physiology,psychology,and behavior of the workplace.Work stress mainly comes from gender dilemmas in the workplace,irrational cognition,multiple roles,insufficient social support,insufficient training to cope with stress,and the characteristics of entrepreneurial activities.Based on the analysis of the status quo and causes,on the basis of social support theory,cognitive behavior theory,and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,focusing on the recognition and recognition of work pressure,scientific response to work pressure,and the expansion of social support systems,it is explored through the development of mindfulness reduction How does the pressure support team effectively alleviate work pressure,and use the Likert Work Pressure Scale to conduct pre-test and post-test and team members’ self-evaluation to evaluate the effectiveness of the team’s work.The study found that the work pressure of female entrepreneurs has been significantly improved after the professional methods of group work intervened.The creation of a stress relief support system can improve the sense of belonging of female entrepreneurs.Group work is an effective way to relieve the work pressure of female entrepreneurs.At the same time,reflections and suggestions are made based on the research conclusions to expand the experience of social work and women’s work practices,help female entrepreneurs to better participate in daily life and entrepreneurial activities,improve the ability to cope with work pressure,and enhance the well-being of female entrepreneurs.
