Study On The Influence Of Teaching On Rural Education

Education itself is a communication activity and communication process.The emergence of educational communication is an inevitable requirement for social development and cultural communication,and it is also an inevitable result of the dissemination of specialized knowledge.In other words,education dissemination is a purposeful and conscious communication activity to educate people.The process of educational dissemination is the process by which educational communicators communicate or exchange educational information to educators through various educational media.This process includes educators,educatee,educational information,educational media,feedback,and effectiveness.However,for rural schools in rural areas where educational resources are scarce,the use of educational media is limited,education dissemination information is also scarce,and the teacher's self-literacy as an education communicator needs to be improved so that the resulting educational effects are limited.The "Teach For China" has played a major role in helping local village schools to alleviate the shortage of teachers,enrich the information and knowledge of educational dissemination,and optimize the educational media.This article attempts to use field observations and in-depth interviews to understand the teaching activities of a particular non-public funded student-supported charity “Teach For China” teaching program at Jindun Middle School in Heqing County,Yunnan Province.The teaching and communication methods used in teaching activities differ from those of local teachers,and the resulting reconstruction of the educational communication process,including many elements such as educators,educatee,educational content,and educational media.On this basis,it also considers and analyzes the touch and impact of the reconstruction of the educational communication process in support education on local education and teaching,and the problems in the process of propagating teaching education.
