Study on Problems of Teachers' Supportive Education in Urban Primary and Middle Schools of Dezhou,Shandong Province Abstract With the rapid development of China's economy,people's educational awareness has been continuously enhanced.The increase in the demand for talents and the improvement in quality have all placed higher demands on education.In the education system,compulsory education is a very important part.However,there is still a clear gap between the level of governing schools and the quality of education between urban and rural areas.It is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance to further promote the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education,improve the quality of citizens and establish a country with strong human resource.The formulation and implementation of the policy of teachers' supportive education in our country has promoted the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education to some extent,achieved the equality of compulsory education.It also has promoted the overall quality of education,the professional development of teachers and the establishment of a good professional ecological environment.Some achievements have been made,but there are still a series of problems that hinder the balanced development of urban and rural education.Over the years,duing to the educational investment has mainly been biased towards urban schools and even key urban schools.There is a wide gap between urban and rural schools.The level of leadership management and teacher education is obviously insufficient,which has greatly restricted the balanced development of urban and rural education.In order to solve this problem,Dezhou has also adopted corresponding solutions based on the country's relevant supportive education policies,formulated related policy documents,and improved related institutional regulations.The primary and secondary school teachers' supportive education activities are gradually being developed.However,the actual situation of such activities,the reasons for the departure from policy formulation and actual operation,and how to take targeted measures to ensure the effective operation of the support mechanism have become the focus of this study.The purpose of the author's research is mainly to discuss the causes and solutions to the problems of the urban teachers' supportive education in Dezhou,so that the implementation of supportive education policies will be more scientific and rational.The results and reliable samples will promote the development of supportive education for urban teachers in Dezhou.It will make contributions for the improvement of education quality and narrowing the gap between urban and rural aeras.By using literature research methods,questionnaires,and interviews,the author obtained more practical data and information about the support of urban teachers in Decheng District and Economic Development Zone of Dezhou.Through the analysis of data processing,the author learned about the status of the implementation of teachers' supportive education.That include the great disparity between urban and rural teachers,teachers' perceptions of the support for teaching,and the deviation of various ideals in the implementation of policies.Based on investigation of the problems,this study further analyzes the underlying causes of the problems from three dimensions.The first dimension is policy formulation,the second one is action process and the third one includes the social culture.In response to the underlying causes of the problems,this study also proposes corresponding measures and recommendations.That include clarifying the purpose of policy implementation and improving the system for implementing policies.We also need promote the education cognition,establish the culture of identification and guide the formation of group collaboration.
