Objective: to study the high level athlete in colleges and universities in kunming,individual,learning and training for them to learn training school of conflict management,personal,family teachers,coaches and culture studies the determinants of five aspects;Reasonably formulate relevant Suggestions to promote the rapid development of high-level athletes in kunming universities.Methods: the data and questionnaire survey research methods,such as investigating four colleges and universities in kunming high level athletes,79 cases with simple random valid samples were analyzed,and the research conclusion is as follows:1.The basic situation of the conflict in academic training: the conflict in academic training of high-level athletes in kunming university is obvious,which mainly shows that they cannot get both in academic training.Specialty arts,daily learning time within4 hours,the class attendance rate is relatively loose,most schools have no arrange night lessons,culture foundation level to ascension,there is a certain gap with ordinary students;Project distribution mainly in basketball,football,volleyball,track and field,tennis high level athletes,sports in one,second class,between fixed number of year of the overall training in 3-5 years,focus on 3-4 times a week training,strength training,1-2 times every 2-3 hours training is given priority to,the semester system training method training cycle,training time arrangement in the afternoon,using a certain state of recovery means to restore itself.2.Influencing factors: mainly including school management,individual,coach,culture teacher and family.The first three factors that have the most influence in five aspects are class arrangement,training management system and logistics management system in school management.Personal classroom discipline,self-training after training,and training adaptability;The communication between the coach and the team members,the selection and arrangement of training content,and the trust of the coach;Cultural teachers organize teachers’ after-class cultural lesson guidance,teachers’ teaching plan,and communication with team members in class.Criticism and support from parents in the family.3.Suggestions and countermeasures :(1)the school system ensures good logistics service and improves the learning management operation mechanism;(2)the individual should strengthen the self-discipline and scientific training methods of high-level athletes through external means to improve the comprehensive level of athletes;(3)the coach should find appropriate channels for communication and communication with athletes,so as to improve the level of scientific training;(4)cultural teachers guide students in learning,formulate relevant teaching plans,and strengthen the connection between basic education and talent training;(5)create a positive family environment and give more support and help to athletes.
