Universities high level sports teams in all kinds of large-scale sports competitions and even national for colleges and universities has achieved excellent performance, but in the process of cultivation or there are many drawbacks, how to cultivate high level athletes and school sports, competitive sports can better combine is our country sports more healthy, rapid and coordinated development of an important link.This research USES the literature material method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis of 7 not PE class in heilongjiang province ordinary university professional ice and snow culture status quo of high level athletes were investigated. The results show that the non-sports kind of snow and ice in common colleges and universities high level professional athletes in heilongjiang province, the students obviously deficiencies for athletes culture review, learning curriculum is unreasonable, most colleges and universities of the contradictions is relatively serious, competition leads to less training enthusiasm is relatively low, degree of the coach team, the business ability, low benefits, physical problems such as insufficient funds investment. Need to improve the quality of students, so as to reduce the contradictions between learning, improve the comprehensive quality and treatment, widen the ice and snow coaches professional high level athlete employment channels, correct the athletes learning purpose, improve the snow and ice for ensuring adequate funding for professional athletes physical aspects to improve. |
