Since China's reform and opening up,China's sports have been developing rapidly,and the number of sports talents has increased rapidly.There is also a special group of athletes in colleges and uni-versities,which is the high-level athletes recruited by colleges and universities through the recruitment of special students and independent enrollment.high-level athletes have played a positive role in improving the structure of university talents,activing university sports life,improving the level of university sports,and promoting the fitness consciousness of teachers and students.On the other hand,high-level athletes as a special group,their professional training,education,employment and other work,is a new challenge to colleges and universities,and there are many problems.The outlet of high-level athletes has always been the focus of social attention.This paper takes the graduates of high-level athletes from 27 universities in Beijing from 2014 to 2017 as the research object.Mainly through questionnaire survey method,the employment status of high-level athletes in colleges and universities in Beijing is summarized,mainly from the overall employment rate,the type of employment units,employment areas,employment attitude,the main factors of employment selection,professional or professional selection and other aspects of affecting choosing a career.This paper summarizes the main problems of high level athletes' employment in Beijing and analyzes the causes of the problem from the high level athletes themselves,the school and the society.Finally,the article puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to further improve the employment of high level athletes.
