With the "Chinese fever" heating up in Thailand,many kindergartens in Thailand also began to open Chinese courses,Chinese teaching of young children has become an important part of Chinese teaching in Thailand.Hanban sends thousands of volunteers to Thailand every year,and many are sent to kindergartens to teach.The quality of kindergarten Chinese teachers has also become a problem to be solved urgently.What qualities Chinese volunteers should have and what kind of problems the kindergarten teachers going to Thailand have become the problems that need to be solved in the research.The author teaches kindergarten Chinese at a private school in Chunburi prefecture,the third largest in Thailand,with its famous scenic spot,Pattaya,is one of the largest gathering places for Thai Chinese.As the tourism industry is more developed and Chinese tourists are more,compared with other provinces in Thailand,the number of people learning Chinese is larger and the teaching of Chinese is developing rapidly.While teaching in the kindergarten of Chunburi Prefecture,the author found that there were some problems in the basic knowledge of Chinese,related subject knowledge and communication ability of Thai language,so the author investigated the related qualities of Chinese teachers.This paper summarizes the characteristics of preschool Chinese teachers' quality,analyzes its influencing factors,and puts forward a series of suggestions on the quality of preschool Chinese teachers.The first chapter of this paper is the design of the survey,including the investigation of the principle of the questionnaire and the interview object,background and content,survey questionnaire,interviews and classroom observation.The second chapter is the analysis of Thailand Prefecture of Chonburi's Chinese teacher questionnaire data,through the issuance of questionnaires to the Chonburi government's collection of Chinese teachers the survey data of children the quality of Chinese teachers,Chinese teachers from the knowledge of the quality of child care,child care teachers of Chinese preschool teachers of Chinese occupation ability,morality and child care teachers of Chinese in intercultural communication the four dimensions of the quality of the data is collected and analyzed in this paper.The third chapter is on the Thailand Chonburi Thischapter is divided into three sections: the characteristics of the quality of young Chinese teachers in Thailand,the influencing factors of the quality of young Chinese teachers and the suggestions for the quality of Chinese teachers in Thailand.The first section analyzes the characteristics of preschool Chinese teachers' quality from four parts:knowledge quality,ability quality,professional ethics and cross-cultural communication quality.The second section analyzes the influencing factors of the quality of Thai preschool Chinese teachers from objective factors and personal factors.The third section of the Thai preschool Chinese teachers The advice of quality is still the advice of the teacher ' s knowledge quality in young children.The advice on the teacher ' s ability of Chinese teachers is also analyzed in four aspects : the advice of the teacher ' s professional ethics and the cross-cultural communication quality of Chinese teachers.
