From the historical changes in Thai teaching,teachers in Thailand,the impact of the international promotion series of the Chinese language in Thailand,and the review of relevant research literature,it was found that there are problems in the teaching of the Chinese language in the Mukdahan Junior High School in Thailand.Through the analysis of the survey results,it was found that there are language barriers between the Chinese foreign teachers and students' communication and the full schedule of classes affects the quality of teaching.There are also Chinese foreign teachers who are recent graduates.The teaching experience of the students is not enough.These problems are the problems encountered by Mukdahan School.The lack of local Chinese language teachers and the large mobility causes the continuity of the original work plan.This naturally affects the quality and progress of teaching.It has gradually become one of the largest constraints in the basic education of the Thai government to promote Chinese language education in the northeastern province of Mukdahan.The Thai government selected a large number of Chinese teachers to teach in Thai schools through the Chinese “International Chinese teacher volunteer program”.At present,they have become an important part of the lack of Chinese language teachers in Mukdahan province in northeastern Thailand.This is what the authors studied here.The conclusion.This paper conducts questionnaires and interviews on the situation of teachers in Chinese language teaching in Mukdahan province,Thailand,to understand the details of the Chinese language teachers in Mukdahan high school,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the problems found in the investigation.From the ministry of education of Thailand to the Mukdahan government school,to the teachers themselves,from the macro to the micro level,from the country to the individual,to focus on improving the faculty resources,and to look forward to the future development of middle school teachers in Mukdahan province.
