Objective:to observe the more classic blood tonic medicine angelica and beneficial gas-solid table square yupinfeng powder on immune function of rats with exercise-induced immunosuppression,and glucocorticoid receptor and microRNA-155 in one of the possible mechanism of action,in order to angelica and yupinfeng powder application in the field of sports provide a new theoretical basis.Methods:male Sprague wrote-Dawley(SD)rats 24,weight 280-310g,randomly divided into 4 groups,quiet and the control group(C,n=6),exercise groups(E,n=6),sport+angelica group(EA,n=6),sport+yupinfeng powder group(EY,n=6).After a week of adaptive feeding,exercise group,exercise+angelica group,exercise+jade screen group carried out swimming for 6 weeks,each time for 180 minutes,once a day,6 days a week.The daily morning angelica injection(10ml/KG)and jade screen powder(1.575g/KG),once a day,7 days a week.C and E were treated with saline.In the 24 hours after the end of the last swimming,the blood of the orbital venous plexus of rats was collected.The flow cytometry was used to detect the peripheral blood T cell subgroups(CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+)and natural killer cells(CD161~+)in rats.The spleen and thymus were used to calculate the thymus index and spleen index.Western blot was used to detect the protein expression of thymus and spleen glucocorticoid receptor(GR).The expression of spleen,thymus GRmRNA and microrna-155was detected by Realtime PCR.Results:sports group,angelica+movement,yupinfeng powder+exercise group quiet rat thymus index was significantly lower than control group(P<0.001,respectively(P<0.01,P<0.01),and the exercise group was significantly lower than angelica+movement,yupinfeng powder+exercise group(P<0.05);There was only a decrease in the spleen index(P BBB 0.05)in the exercise group,the exercise+angelic group,the exercise+the jade screen.2.The CD3~+,CD4~+,CD4~+/CD8~+,CD161~+and exercise+in the exercise group were significantly lower than those in the silent control group(P<0.05,P<0.001,P<0.05,P<0.001,).The CD3~+,CD4~+,CD4~+/CD8~+and CD161~+of the group and the exercise+jade screen were significantly higher than those in the exercise group(P<0.01,P<0.001,P<0.05,P<0.05 and P<0.01,P<0.001,P<0.05,P<0.001).3,sport,sport+yupinfeng group spleen GR mRNA expression level was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.001),quiet movement+angelica group,movement,yupinfeng group is significantly higher than exercise group(P<0.001).The expression level of the thymus GR mRNA was significantly lower than that in the silent control group(P<0.001,P<0.05,P<0.001).Exercise+angelica group(P<0.001)was significantly higher than the exercise group(P<0.001).The expression level of spleen GR protein in the exercise group,exercise+angelica group,exercise+jade screen group was significantly lower than that in the quiet control group(P<0.001,P<0.01 and P<0.001).Exercise+angelica group,exercise+yupinfeng powder were significantly higher than those in the exercise group(P<0.001).The expression level of the thymus GR protein was significantly lower than that of the silent control group(P<0.001),and the exercise+yupinfeng powder was significantly higher than that of the exercise group(P<0.001).4,in the spleen and thymus,sports,sports+yupinfeng powder group of miR-155expression level is significantly higher than control group(P<0.001),quiet movement+angelica group,movement,yupinfeng group were significantly lower than exercise group(P<0.001,P<0.01)..Conclusion:1 Angelica and yupinfeng powder can improve the immune function of motor immunity.2.Angelica and yu pingfeng powder improve the immune function of the exercise immunosuppressive rats,which may be related to the up-regulation of spleen and thymus glucocorticoid receptor protein,the down-regulation of spleen and the expression of the thymus mir-155..
