The heat of big data research has spread to the field of education.Whether they are education data produced in the classroom,education data produced in educational management work,or education data produced by scientific research,they are worthwhile to be collected then gathered together to be analyzed and researched.The result feedback will promote better development in education.Digging learning data is an important tool for educational big data research.The data produced in classroom teaching can be more objective and comprehensive in the description of teaching because of its characteristics such as large capacity,diversity and multi-dimensional value.Extracting meaningful and valuable teaching information from educational data and apply them to classroom teaching according to actual teaching situation can achieve the goal of optimizing teaching effectiveness.To find out more hidden data and relevance,to provide help for the establishment of personalized learning environment,to provide a scientific reference for adjusting teaching decisions and precise intervention,so as to effectively promote the scientificity of prediction and decision-making in education and teaching,the author collected a lot of data including class notes data,homework data,classroom interaction data,classroom perception data,and final works data from a 14-week teaching practice in double teacher collaborative teaching mode which had notes taking session,interaction session,homework session,homework sharing session and final works presentation session.All the data collected were quantified according to certain standards and research objectives so that they can directly participate in the calculations.The author used methods like statistical analysis and text mining and tools like SPSS,Python,jieba to mine and analyse these data,pointed out the actual meaning contained in the data,revealed the hidden correlation between data.The study found that students' classroom perception had different degrees of predictive effects on class notes,after-school assignments,and final work performance.This study provided reference for researchers involved in student learning data produced in teaching modes like double teacher collaborative teaching mode,provided methodological reference for the study of text data and helped to promote students'effective learning.
