| Special-grade teacher are excellent representatives of teachers.They have superb teaching skills and advanced educational concepts,research on their teaching art,which is of great guiding significance for the current curriculum reform.Wei Shusheng is a famous Chinese special-grade teacher.He has made great achievements in teaching practice over these years.Many of his teaching methods and practices coincide with the goals and requirements of the new curriculum reform.In Wei Shusheng’s educational research,the cultivation of junior high school students’ self-learning ability in Chinese is his most successful and most instructive example.Therefore,this thesis will make detailed analysis and combing on the basis of a large number of collected document literature,to makes an in-depth study and reflection on Wei Shusheng’s teaching method,trying to find out the enlightenment of Wei Shusheng’s teaching method to junior high school students’ self-learning ability and provide reference for Chinese teachers.The introduction of this thesis mainly introduces the research origin,research status and research methods of this topic.The main body of the thesis is divided into three chapters.In the first chapter,with the introduction of Wei Shusheng’s teaching method with his teaching record,I discuss the Wei Shusheng’s teaching method of the cultivation of junior high school students’ self-learning ability of Chinese form three aspects :Knowledge Accumulation,Skill Training,and the cultivation of self-learning habits.The purpose of this chapter is to fully understand the application of his teaching method.In the second chapter,we analyze his teaching method dialectically and objectively,aiming at clarifying its merits and limitations in modern Chinese teaching.In the third chapter,I combined the research and thinking in the previous two chapters to explore the inspiration of Wei Shusheng’s teaching method to junior high school students’ ability to learn Chinese language: optimizing teaching content,enhancing classroom practice,expanding Chinese language classes,cultivating self-learning habits,and using teaching evaluation.Wei Shusheng’s teaching method is not only in line with the laws of psychology and pedagogy,but also close to students’ learning needs and preferences.Whether in or out of class,he fully respects the student’s dominant position in the learning process.However,withthe development of the times,the shortcomings of exam-oriented education have gradually revealed,and the implementation of quality education is imperative.Some of the teaching methods he applied in the 1980 s are no longer suitable for modern Chinese teaching.His teaching methods also invisibly increased students’ academic burden.Therefore,teachers should combine with the background of the times and their own actual situation,objectively and dialectically view Wei Shusheng’s teaching methods,take their advantages,make up for their own shortcomings,and use them flexibly to improve teaching. |
