In recent years,private education has been attracting more and more attention.Our country has promulgated the law of improving private education.At present,the overall scale of private education in China is relatively stable and has an upward trend,and its school running conditions are also improving.With the improvement of the private school environment in China,the team of private schools in Hainan is also growing.Physical education is one of the important contents of school education.The quality and level of school physical education is not only related to the healthy growth of teenagers,but also an important way and carrier to cultivate young people's healthy personality.In order to improve the Hainan province private high school sports teaching conditions and the environment,promote the rapid promotion of Hainan province private middle school sports teaching quality and level,this study take the 13 private schools in Hainan Province as the research object,through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,investigation and research the current situation of teaching of physical education in private high school in Hainan province and the factors restricted the development of school physical education indepth.The results of the investigation show that:1.teachers: male and female teachers than for 7:1;40 over the age of 5.4% teachers,30 young teachers accounted for 61%;55.2% years of teaching in the following 5 years;and no primary title teachers 76.8%;67.9% of the teachers for the rest of college education,college education;the past three years,there are 62.5% of the teachers have published papers,58.3%of the teachers did not participate in the on-the-job training.2.Physical Education: the 59.2% part of the implementation and the implementation of the new curriculum standards in schools;offering physical education,82.8% junior high school senior high school standards,89.6% standards;56.6% of the full use of national school textbooks;teaching organization is mainly in the form of class teaching and group teaching(62.4%)(34.2%);only 33.8% of the teachers with the new curriculum standard evaluation method.3.influence factors: 62.3% PE teachers teaching high school physical education teachers and 36.9% junior high school physical education teachers believe that the actual status of physical education curriculum in the school is lower than that of other courses;76.1% of the students think the teacher carefully in class;parents for students to participate in physical exercise support rate is high(82%);Hainan weather special,64.4% of the students reflectedby the weather affects the normal P.E.opening;the venue equipment,there are 36.5%teachers and 39.6% students think schools can not meet the teaching requirements.Through investigation and research,the following conclusions can be concluded:1.PE Teachers: PE teachers age structure and gender imbalance,with 30 years old of the following young teachers,physical education teachers are lack of middle-aged male and female teachers,ratio of serious imbalance phenomenon,the number of female physical education teachers in schools;teachers' short,low professional title,lack of experience of sports academic leaders;teachers college education degree and to meet the national requirements;teaching and academic level should be improved,teachers participate in professional training or training opportunities.2.Physical Education: private schools in the implementation of new curriculum standard of poor sports courses need to be improved,the need to strengthen the physical education teachers on the importance of theory courses;there are great differences between teachers and students favorite sports sports;single classroom teaching methods,teaching organization,and compared with the traditional way of teaching evaluation,lack of innovation.3.influence factors: physical education teachers teaching status of private secondary school physical education courses in the school is relatively low,slightly higher than the junior high school in the school sports teaching status;the private management system is not perfect,the leadership is not enough attention;the students recognized high PE teachers in teaching attitude,the harmonious relationship between private school teachers and students,love the degree of physical education of students;parents of students to participate in physical exercise a high degree of support;Hainan "summer without winter" climate environment,affecting the normal development of physical education in Hainan province;private school sports venues,equipment shortage,and the obvious difference in urban and rural areas.
