Since November 8,2012,China has regarded the cultivation of moral integrity as the basic task of education,and the revision of the curriculum plan and curriculum standards of ordinary high schools by the Ministry of Education started in 2013.After four years' efforts,the Ministry of Education issued the Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health in Ordinary High Schools(2017 Edition)on December 29,2017,which condensed the core quality of physical education,starting from three aspects: sports ability,healthy behavior and sports morality.In order to promote the development of Hainan province high school student sports discipline core quality better,provide theory support for the development of sports discipline core literacy and practical reference.This research use the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,on-the-spot investigation method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis on 13 of Hainan province ordinary high school of 1403 high school students,29,head of the director of education and 94 high school physical education teachers in the investigation of present situation of Hainan province high school student sports discipline core literacy,found the problems and the influencing factors,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that: 1.The education directors and most high school physical education teachers in Hainan Province understand the core quality of physical education and realize the importance of it.However,the high school students in Hainan Province have a poor understanding of the core quality of physical education,and their awareness of the importance is not high.2.In terms of athletic ability of senior high school students in Hainan Province,physical condition of senior high school students is better than that of senior high school students.Physical condition girls are better than boys.Sports cognition and skills and tactics use ability is poor,sports display and competition at the primary level;3.In terms of health behaviors,Hainan high school students awareness and habits of physical exercise are at the primary level,their grasp and use of health knowledge are poor,their emotional regulation ability is not strong,but their ability to adapt to the environment is good;4.High school students in Hainan Province have good sports spirit,sports morality and sports character.5.The main factors affecting the core quality of physical education of high school students in Hainan Province include the following four aspects: at the school level,the school hardware facilities are insufficient,the school leaders do not pay attention to physical education,and the physical education teachers lack the core quality concept.At the family level,families have insufficient cognition of physical exercise.On the social level,the local government does not pay attention to sports work,physical exercise facilities are insufficient,and the social physical exercise atmosphere is poor.On the individual level,students have insufficient cognition of sports,high learning pressure and dislike sports.According to above research results put forward the following suggestions: 1.Education training institute organization of Hainan province high school sports teachers training and evaluation system,promote high school sports teachers' professional standards,sports play the leading role of teachers,presided over the core literacy related seminar,optimize teaching design,instilled in senior high school students core literacy related concept;2.Implement physical education reform,include physical education and health in the college entrance examination,strengthen the training of male students' physical quality,prevent masculine feminization implement the teaching of physical education and health modules in senior high schools,meet the personalized needs of senior high school students,actively carry out extracurricular sports activities,establish sports associations,and hold various types of school sports competitions;3.Unite school,family and society to construct a trinity physical exercise environment.Teachers divide specific hours to carry out health knowledge education.4.Highlight the main position of high school students II,create good activity scenes,stimulate the passion of sports,and cultivate good sports quality;5.At the school level,strengthen the attention and support of school leaders to physical education,improve sports venues and facilities,and improve the professional quality of physical education teachers.At the family level,we actively carry out related lectures and family sports activities,make full use of the Internet platform to obtain information,and cultivate parents' sports values.On the social level,government departments should establish good sports value orientation,carry out publicity and promotion,increase social exercise venues and facilities,improve the status of sports in society,and hold more sports events of various types.On the personal level,we should cultivate the interest of physical exercise and strengthen the cognition of high school students on physical education and health.
