Physical education teaching is one of the indispensable contents in the development of private schools,and the development of various sports activities is conducive to the all-round and healthy development of students.Through sorting out the more authoritative relevant literature in recent years,this paper basically understands the present situation,problems and suggestions of physical education teaching in private schools in China.However,there is no research paper on physical education teaching in private middle schools in Gaomi City,Shandong Province.This study mainly investigates and studies students,teachers,curriculum,teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching evaluation,teaching environment and so on.It is helpful to solve the practical teaching problems of physical education in private middle schools in Gaomi City.It is of great significance.Through the use of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics,field observation,a large number of collection of private middle school physical education data and information,quantitative analysis of the following conclusions:1?The students of private middle schools in Gaomi City have a high enthusiasm for learning sports and a good attitude towards sports,among which61.2% and 27.6% of them are especially fond of physical education and 9.5% of them have a general attitude towards physical education.Only 1.7% did not like sports.In extracurricular activities,with the exception of "special" students,the rest of the students participated in 100%.And Gaomi private middle school extracurricular sports activities are very rich,there are a variety of organizational forms.However,the individualization of students is strong,and the conventional physical education teaching can not meet the needs of some students.It is suggested that physical education teachers in private middle schools in Gaomi should communicate more with students.Understand the hobby needs of each student and respect the personality of the students.According to the needs of students to flip the classroom,"teacher and student role exchange",so that students control their own classroom.At the same time,physical education teachers should constantly improve their professional ability,take students' interests and hobbies as the center,teach students according to their aptitude,and carry out happy sports.2?Gaomi private middle school physical education teachers are mostly young teachers,and mainly bachelor degree.However,the development of physical education teachers in private middle schools in Gaomi City is unstable.The teaching staff is mainly composed of teachers recruited by private schools,and there are few teachers in the establishment of private schools.According to the research,the establishment of enterprises is not a bad thing for schools and teachers.The pressure and motivation brought about by this kind of "temporary workers" can not only spur physical education teachers to make continuous progress,but also continuously inject new vitality into schools.Screen the teaching experts.However,the management of physical education teachers in Gaomi private middle schools is relatively weak,coupled with the compilation of enterprises.The salary income of physical education teachers is low,resulting in greater mobility of teachers.There are not many opportunities for physical education teachers to learn,which is not conducive to the growth of teachers.It is suggested that private schools should consider the long-term planning of physical education teachers and retain the existing employment mechanism to constantly improve the treatment of physical education teachers and strengthen the training of physical education teachers.3?Gaomi private middle school physical education teaching environment is excellent,private schools are approved by Gaomi municipal party committee and municipal government,and are invested by large enterprises.Sports venues,equipment construction beyond the provincial standards.The investment of sports funds is high,and teachers and students can carry out physical education teaching and participate in extracurricular sports activities.The unique "red sorghum" culture in Gaomi City has influenced the idea of running a school,provided an excellent humanistic environment for the people-run middle school,and formed a rigorous school spirit and a campus environment in which teachers and students live together in harmony.4?In the physical education teaching of Gaomi private middle school,the physical education course is set up reasonably,and the class hours meet the standard.The teaching goal is set scientifically and reasonably,and the teaching design is generally good.The choice of teaching content is mainly track and field major and basketball,which is relatively simple.Teachers should carry out as many teaching contents as possible while completing the requirements of the curriculum standard,so as to meet the different needs of students.The use ofteaching methods is more fixed,extracurricular activities are better carried out.However,in the teaching evaluation link,the interaction between teachers and students is less,so it is suggested to improve the physical education teaching evaluation system.Through evaluation,teachers can better understand the students,so as to reflect on the improvement of teaching quality.Quantity.5.Physical education is not attached importance to,although the school pays more attention to the development of physical education,but physical education is occupied,which affects the normal physical education teaching.It is suggested that school leaders should pay more attention to it and set up relevant regulations to ensure the normal development of physical education.
