The Strategic Research On The Belt And Road Initiatives Of Local Colleges And Universities

The proposal of the Belt and Road strategy has provided new opportunities for the development of local colleges and universities.In the historical cause of comprehensively promoting the Belt and Road Initiative,local colleges and universities should actively respond to the national top strategy and take the initiative to undertake a new historical mission.Taking the Belt and Road strategy as the background,this paper selects local colleges and universities along the Belt and Road research object,starting from clarifying the coupling relationship between the Belt and Road strategy and the reform and development of local colleges and universities,further combing the development of the Belt and Road.The status quo,through the SWOT analysis method,analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by local colleges and universities,and draws on the experience of our country's cooperation with foreign colleges and universities to conduct in-depth studies of the path of local colleges and universities to serve the Belt and Road strategy.This article first introduces the background and significance of the topic selection,combs the research status at home and abroad,defines the relevant concepts and theories of this research,and then discusses the status and role of local colleges and universities in the Belt and Road;Based on this,taking the universities in Shaanxi Province as an example,the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages of local colleges and universities in the Belt and Road highlighting the characteristics of blessings,distinctive advantages of location,and strong scientific research strengths,serving the Belt and Road initiative.The disadvantages of lagging concepts,imperfect construction of university think tanks,and lagging behind of talent training models,as well as the opportunities presented by the talent demand and national policy support faced in promoting the Belt and Road,are also facing the competitive pressures of major national universities and high quality overseas.The impact of education;then,combined with the cooperation profile and cooperation between local universities and countries along the Belt and Road,summed up the successful experience and deficiencies in the process of cooperation between the two universities,and proposed to strengthen the discipline construction and strengthen the talents.Various effective promotion areas such as cultivating,deepening cultural exchanges and improving service capabilities The Effective Way to Serve the Belt and Road in Colleges and Universities.
