A Research On The Talent Training Mode Of Local Universities Under "One Belt And One Road"

The " One Belt and One Road " and the "Silk Road" in twenty-first Century were raised by government in 2013.The two are referred to as " One Belt and One Road " strategy.The implementation of “One Belt and One Road " strategy can not only promote China's economic and social development,but also stimulate the internationalization of China's higher education.There exist the opportunities and challenges along the area.Local undergraduate colleges are the main source of local social and economic development while the promulgation and implementation of One Belt and One Road " strategy requires a higher standard of talent demand for the social and economic development along the area.In this way,the adjustment and supplement of the model how the local colleges train the personnel can be stimulated and improved.The adjustment and training mode of local colleges which are under the perspective of " One Belt and One Road " ought to be combined with the strategic requirements,meanwhile,they should be adjusted to the local social and economic development of talent demand.Diversified talent demand provides a direction for the reform of talent cultivation in local colleges.Based on the background of " One Belt and One Road " strategy,the author made a research about the local university talents training mode from the perspective of the One Belt and One Road strategy.What strategies could be complemented and how the personnel training can be adjusted are the primary problems to be solved in this paper for the local colleges and universities,the main force of the Chinese higher education,under the background of " One Belt and One Road " strategy.It is of great practical value to do a research about whether the complement and adjustment of training mode can be benefit to the development of the along-area and local undergraduate colleges.This article uses the literature method,case method and comparative method,based on the training mode of "clarifying the related concepts of talents One Belt and One Road " and local universities,the " One Belt and One Road " strategy under the background of local undergraduate colleges and universities talent training mode to supplement and adjust the basis and ideas,analysis of three cases of local colleges and universities talents the adjustment of the training mode of implementation and guarantee measures of " One Belt and One Road " under the background of local undergraduate colleges and universities talent training mode research.Under the background of One Belt and One Road " strategy,local undergraduate colleges and universities should correspond theory and policy basis,establish local training objectives of talent training,construct the local major and curriculum system and format an intelligent teachers' force thus making the complement and adjustment of local colleges' talent training a reality under the “One Belt and One Road " strategy.The various talent cultivating methods,practical teaching methods,establishment of training bases for the " One Belt and One Road " strategy as well as the proper standards for talent evaluation should be guaranteed to stimulate the implementation of " One Belt and One Road " strategy and the comprehensive development of local colleges.
