Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Competitive Swimming Reserve Talents In Wenzhou

As we all know,competitive sports exist strong competition,and athletes can't always maintain good competitive state and competitive level.Some countries or regions can occupy the dominant position of some sports activities for a long time or a long time.The main reason is that they attach importance to the training of reserve talents,and can continuously transport fresh blood to the project,and promote the growth and improvement of talents.If Wenzhou wants to continue to maintain its strength and break through,we must attach importance to the related work of swimming reserve talents,and ensure that we can cultivate a large number of high-quality competitive swimming reserve talents.The traditional swimming atmosphere of Wenzhou is good,and the development of competitive swimming is outstanding.It is the best in Zhejiang Province,especially in the youth swimming competition.This shows that Wenzhou is unique in the training of competitive swimming.This article mainly explores the strengths and weaknesses of competitive swimming reserve talents in Wenzhou,and promotes the all-round,coordinated and sustainable development of competitive swimming.Through literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and so on competitive swimming reserve talents training of Wenzhou city investigation,a comprehensive understanding of the selection,training,athletes,age,exercise level and coaching coaches etc..According to the results of the survey,we know that Wenzhou has a good traditional swimming atmosphere,a high-quality coach team,a complete stadium and facilities,and a government and school leader's attention and support.There is also some factors restricting the development of Wenzhou competitive swimming reserve talents training network layout is not reasonable,lack of high quality coaches,insufficient training funds,lack of guarantee mechanism(preparation,reward),athletes(echelon)thickness less problems.According to the appearance of competitive swimming reserve talents training of Wenzhou city problems in put forward following suggestions: strengthen the physical sports bureau and the Bureau of education cooperation;increase capital investment;strengthen the introduction of high-quality coaches;government departments should strengthen the training base for youth financial support;government departments issued relevant policies to protect the coaches salary increase;the swimming training base and school cooperation.
