Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Sports Swimming Reserve Talents In Shenyang City

The core of competitive sports is talent competition,so ample reserved talents are necessary to ensure the consistent development of competitive sports.It's the basis of any kinds of sports.The quality of reserved talents will directly affect the development of all the athletic activities.As the training base of Shenyang,Shenyang Water Sports School has trained hundreds of international and national champions.However,the swimming competitive level of Shenyang has declined after the Beijing Olympic Games.Meanwhile,problems such as a lack of talented students,shortage of reserved swimming talents and employment difficulties of retired swimming athletes have occurred.With transformation of social economy from planned economy to market economy,the traditional 3-level training mode is no longer suitable for today's society,but governors and coaches in Shenyang Water Sports School haven't realized the urgency of structural reform of competitive sports in China.At the same time,they haven't put enough attention to the sustainable development of students.Therefore,all the elements have led to a variety of problems,such as the decline of competitive level,the self-development of coaches,the contradictions between the study and training of students,and the sustainable development of reserved talents.Having analyzed the management situation,reserved talents,and coaches of Shenyang competitive swimming,we have come up with some feasible solutions,aiming to provide theoretical reference for the development of Shenyang competitive swimming and Shenyang Water Sports School.Literature data method,interviewing method,questionnaire survey and field investigation method are the methods used in our study.We have investigated coaches,athletes,family members of athletes,and school leaders in Shenyang Swimming School.After the study,we have drawn several conclusions: 1.the training mode of reserved talents of competitive swimming in Shenyang is too backward;2.the structure of coach team is incomplete,and the teaching level of different coaches is uneven;3.coaches are not paid enough,and the encouragement system is hysteretic;4.the wastage of reserved talents is serious.To solve the problems in Shenyang Swimming School,we have come up with followed suggestions: 1.pay attention to the sustainable development of reserved talents,and strengthen the training of overall qualities;2.improve the treatment and reward system of coaches,thus enhancing the enthusiasm of coaches;3.suggest coaches to change their traditional views and learn scientific and effective training methods;4.suggest to set up swimming courses in primary schools and junior middle schools in Shenyang.
