Research On Order-oriented Talents Cultivation Mode Of H College

With the rapid economic development,the fast-changing science and technology,and the continuous optimization of the industrial structure,enterprises have developed a substantially increasing demand for various types of skilled talents,new and higher requirements have also been put forward on the quality of skilled talents.However,there is a weak link in the chain of talent supply and demand.The Chinese labor market is currently in serious shortage of skilled talents,especially high-level skilled talents.The lack of skilled workers has affected the development progress and competitiveness of some enterprises.Most of the skilled talents are cultivated by higher vocational education,which assigns a new task for higher vocational education: perfecting and reforming the current talents cultivation mode to meet the needs of the country,society and enterprises,and realize the delivery of skilled talents from the school to the enterprise.As one of the school-enterprise cooperation modes,order-oriented cultivation of talents is an important measure for vocational colleges to vigorously promote the industry university research cooperation and deepen the reform of education as well as teaching.With the ability to improve the quality of running vocational colleges,increase the economic benefits of enterprises,solve the employment difficulties of students and promote the rapid development of regional economy,order-oriented cultivation of talents is of great practical significance for vocational colleges,cooperative enterprises,school students and regional economy.H College,as a vocational college,also faces the contradiction between talent cultivation and social needs.By analyzing the current situation about the cultivation of talents in H College,the paper finds out problems H College in this aspect.Besides,the paper also analyzes the necessity and feasibility for H College to implement the order-oriented cultivation of talents,establishes the talent cultivation mode from the aspects of guiding ideology,early-stage preparation,middlestage flow chart,last-stage supervision and evaluation,and comes up with measures to ensure the smooth implementation of order-oriented cultivation of talents.
