Research On The Construction Of Modern Apprenticeship Talents Cultivation Mode In Tourism Vocational Colleges

The core mission of higher tourism vocational colleges is to train talents with high-quality,professional skills and artisan spirit to meet the needs of tourism industry.Building this mode is of vital significance for higher vocational education.According to that we study the law and practice the mode and aim to meet the trend of current development,improve the quality of vocational education.The completed mode will provide a reference for tourism vocational education and educate talents for tourism industry.Taking Shandong College of Tourism & Hospitality as an example,the author constructed the evaluation index system of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation mode in tourism vocational colleges based on Situational Learning,which analyzed and evaluated the situation of modern apprenticeship system.This paper mainly included four chapters: in chapter 1,the paper sorted out those researches on modern apprenticeship systems home and abroad and defined the related concepts.In this essay the supporting theories were based on the Situational Learning,the Complementary System and Stakeholder Theory.In chapter 2,the paper provided a reference for the modern apprenticeship theory and practice in China through reference and comparison after the features and modes analysis of Registered Apprenticeship in USA,Dual System in Germany,Apprenticeship in UK and France.In chapter 3,the paper setted up the evaluation index system for modern apprenticeship cultivation mode by means of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to the corresponding quantitative analysis and evaluation index weight.In the last chapter,this paper attempted to construct modern apprenticeship cultivation mode in tourism vocational colleges,and proposed the structure and implementation based on the evaluation results.This paper drew the following conclusions after the theoretical analysis and empirical research.First,the author constructed the evaluation index system of modern apprenticeship talents cultivation mode in tourism vocational colleges.The index system has five secondary indicators namely the enterprise's support,the level of teacher training,school support,the government attention,the apprentice and parents support and 20 tertiary indicators.The index system was a comprehensive reflection of the training mode of modern apprenticeship in tourism vocational colleges.Secondly,the author analyzed the modern apprenticeship training mode in higher vocational colleges with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).In terms of secondary indexes,the enterprise support is of greatest importance,school support came second and the government attention third.In terms of the tertiary indicators,the highest ones include enterprise welcoming apprenticeship students,the teacher' teaching experience,apprenticeship training,work experience and professional matching,national financial support,the apprentice and parents support.Meanwhile the relative lower ones include the enterprise attention to the apprentice talent pool,teachers guidance,schools-enterprise effective cooperation,government employment policy and apprentices respect for the teacher.Thirdly,the author built the modern apprenticeship talent cultivation mode for higher vocational colleges in terms of the learning target,content,teaching methods and evaluation from the empirical analysis in the Shandong College of Tourism & Hospitality,which is featured by the enterprise leading,school-enterprise coordination,two teachers for one course and industry-education integration.The paper put forward six elements for this mode including improving the training mode design,the enterprise being active,setting up the teacher's selection standard,the construction of curriculum development mechanism,building a quality assurance mechanism and enhancing the promotion of social recognition.
