Research On Cultivation Mode Of Applied Technique-oriented Talents In Independently-run Colleges

Independently-run colleges are established and being developed continuously in the background of popularizing higher education in China. With people's needs and expectations of higher education are becoming higher, it has become a problem that how to make dislocation competition between Colleges and vocational colleges and realize sustainable development which every independent-run college has to face and think about. Since 2014, the Ministry of Education has made a number of important deployments on deepening modern vocational education system reform. MOE also proposed to guide a number of local colleges and universities to transform into applied technical colleges or universities which provided ideas and feasible method for the development of independently-run colleges. The independently-run colleges should actively respond to relevant requirements in order to achieve the transformation of applied technique-oriented universities. It is the priority to cultivate applied technical personnel with the training mode of applied technical talents.Through defining the concept and connotation about Cultivation mode of applied technique-oriented talents and comparing the differences with the traditional mode, this paper analyses the current situation and problems existed on talent cultivation to gain the inspiration about the importance of cultivating applied technique-oriented talents. On the basis of comparing the experiences of applied technique-oriented talents cultivating mode abroad, this paper tries to build the “One body, two wings?2+1+X ” mode suitable for independently-run colleges. This paper takes one independently-run college in Tianjin as an Example and borrows some exploring experiences to put forward some ways to put this mode into effect.Through the build of cultivation mode of applied technique-oriented talents in independently-run colleges,hoping this mode can support the independently-run colleges to develop healthily in the stiff market competition and cultivate talents to meet the market needs and to strength the built of the connotation in order to service the development of local and area economy and adapt to the national developing strategy and higher education new normality. This is very significant.
