Research On Educational Mode Of Cultivating By Order In Vocational College

Vocational education is an important supplement of general China’s higher education, which is a significant exploration of the applied talents training mode with Chinese characteristics. The educational mode of vocational education is different from that of general colleges and universities, which focuses more on professional competence and skills and is another applied access to students’ comprehensive qualities. However, the higher vocational education in China begins late with underdeveloped system, the related researches of which are rarely found. Implementing the policy of cultivating by order is one of the most important ways of combination between work and study. It is an effective way of achieving direct joint between college supply and enterprise demands. Although order-type talent cultivation has gained some benefits such as coordination between subjects arrangement and enterprise requirement, coordination between technical training and job post demands, and coordination between cultivating goal and talent qualities. It also brings about some shortcoming, such as limited choice and narrow coverage for students after graduation. Therefore, implementing the policy should base on strengthening cooperation between college and enterprises, organizing scientifically, and strictly carrying out agreements between two parties.only by this, the mode will be developed smoothly.The paper takes logistics major Shun Feng class of Jiangxi Tourism and Commerce Vocational College for the example, analyzing the present situation, problems and some influential facts of employment-related and points out higher vocational education need to attach an importance to the combination between work and study. Weather meet the demand of enterprise is an critical standard to measure educational level and cultivating quality. So implementing the mode of cultivating by order is a successful model. Currently, there have been obvious problems appearing in the employment rates of varied vocational colleges-- students majoring in technical and skilled type are much more welcomed in the job market than those who study economic administration subjects. Only classes cultivated by order have no difficulties in getting the jobs and are welcomed by enterprises. Divided into 5 chapters, this paper conducts a tentative analysis on cultivating mode, major opening, employment misunderstanding students’ quality, family background and governmental policy based on information about colleges, enterprise, students, family and government. It aims at pointing out that vocational college should change the education concepts, fasten curriculum revolution, convert the cultivating mode, strengthen college-enterprise cooperation so as to solve the employment-related problems.
