Dewey's moral education theory has many contents which deserve us to reference,which is great significance for enriching the moral education system of primary and middle schools students in China.At present,China is in the key period of social transformation,especially since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the general secretary of Xi has emphasized that the youth is prosperous,and the stronger the youth is,the better the country is.If the youth has the ideal,the ability and the responsibility,our country will have the future and hope.This requires that the moral education quality of primary and middle school students should be improved to a new level.This is also the obligation and responsibility to coordinate the moral education of family,school and society.The general idea of this article starts with the background and significance of the thesis,to explain the purpose of writing,clarify Dewey's moral education thoughts,and the Dewey's moral education thoughts in primary and middle schools students.Specifically,first of all,I teased the formation of Dewey's thoughts of moral education background,theoretical basis and development process;introducing the main contents of Dewey's moral education thoughts,discussed the thoughts of moral education with pragmatism such as learning by doing,children as the center,and the “three in one” mode of moral education theory.Secondly,I expounded the ideological characteristics of moral education and evaluated the progress and limitations of Dewey's moral education thoughts objectively.Finally,this paper studied the practical path of Dewey's moral education in primary and middle schools students in China through the objective analysis of Dewey's moral education thoughts.In this paper,we learn from Dewey's moral education thoughts in essence part and combine with the real situation of China's moral education of primary and middle schools students,to expand the educational environment,emphasis the status of moral education,enrich the content of moral education and other aspects,in order to solve the problems of moral education in primary and middle schools students in our country,and then we can promote social ethics and harmonious,healthy and orderly development,youthful dreams of flying in the lively practice to realize the dream of the Chinese.
