As the most basic and important social relations,labor relations affect the production and operation of enterprises,economic development,social stability and other aspects.The harmony of labor relations is related to the improvement of workers' status and living standards in the enterprise,which is more related to whether they can finish building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.After China's economy enters the new normal,the private sector faces the pressure of transformation and innovation,and the stable and harmonious labor relations in the private sector face serious challenges.Therefore,some scholars in domestic academic circles have conducted in-depth exploration and research on the labor relations of private enterprises under the new normal of economy.The periodic achievements,based on this,this article to economy under the background of the new normal private enterprise labor relations problems and countermeasures as the research object,using the investigation and study,normative research method,chapter four system and comprehensive research were carried out:The first chapter is an overview of the theory of labor relations in the private sector.This chapter is the foundation of the whole thesis research.In this chapter,on the basis of defining the relevant concepts,emphatically expounds the marxist classical writers,founder of the sinicization of marxism,Mao zedong successor Deng xiaoping,Jiang zemin,hu jintao,xi's theory of labor relations,for the full text research laid a solid theoretical foundation for marxism.The second chapter deals with the regeneration and attribute of labor relations in private enterprises.This chapter discusses the basis of "regeneration" of private enterprises,the attributes of labor relations in private enterprises,and the transition of labor relations between private enterprises and private enterprises.The third chapter is the analysis of the problems and causes of the labor relations of the private enterprises under the new normal economy.First of all,to explore the relationship between the our country private enterprise labor relations from the honeymoon to contradiction evolution process,and then,this paper studies the private enterprise labor relations under the new normal problems and causes.The fourth chapter is to propose the countermeasures to solve the problem of labor relations under the new normal economy.This chapter mainly proposes targeted and operational countermeasures from the three aspects of government,business owners and labor unions.Conclusion part summarizes the private enterprise labor relations under the new normal economic problems,reasons and countermeasures,pointed out the unsolved problems in this paper,and put forward the private enterprise labor relations and future research directions.
