Labor relations is one of the most basic and important social relations in a society.With the deepening of the reform of the market economy system,the labor market tends to be complicated,diversified and contracted in the rapid development of a variety of non-public ownership economy and profound changes in ownership structure.The problem of labor relations has become the most prominent under the new economic norm One of the socioeconomic problems.Community calls for the construction of harmonious labor relations in the community is also growing,and from such areas as economics,management,sociology,law research,exploring the causes,seek a solution.This main research problems in labor relations in the tripartite coordination mechanism and discussion on countermeasures.This paper takes Jiangxi enterprises as an example,introduces the characteristics of the labor relations in our province.As the economic development enters the new normal,the main body of the labor relations is more complex,the forms of employment and distribution of the enterprises are more diversified,and the laborers' interests appeal and their expressions more diversified,The relationship between labor relations and other economic and social issues has become increasingly relevant and conductive.The contradiction in labor relations has entered a period of prominence and multiple occurrences.Labor disputes have been operating at a high level,group disputes have increased,difficulty in coordination by law has increased,and wages owed to migrant workers have been delayed.The task of building a harmonious labor relationship is arduous and onerous.Expounds the development status of the tripartite coordination mechanism of labor relations in our province,and analyzes the problems in the absence of permanent establishments and inequalities in the organization of tripartite coordination mechanisms for labor relations in our province,and the problems of oversight of the government,absence of employers' organizations,and not representativeness of trade union organizations.It points out that the problems in the course of operation,lack of legal protection,the narrow scope of the adjustment mechanism in the tripartite coordination mechanism,and the form of collective contracts flow in form.And on the basis of the above,drawing on developed countries mature tripartite coordination model,such as Japan,the United States,and Germany,as well as the good practices of the tripartite coordination mechanism of labor relations among other provinces,and to improve the Jiangxi labor relations tripartite coordination mechanism to make effective recommendations.
