Research On The Implementation Of China's Overall Two Child Policy

Population is the necessary condition of social material life and the basis and main body of all social behavior.The transformation of the population growth pattern in a country or region is closely related to the social and economic development,the traditional cultural concept and the related population policy.The implementation of the two-children policy in China began in 2016.It has timely adjusted the problem of the existence of the population and society under the one-child policy.However,as the new policy has encountered a series of problems such as economy,society,family and so on in the concrete implementation process,the effect of the implementation remains to be observed.In this paper,the basic principle on the Marx doctrine of dialectical materialism and historical materialism premise,with Marx's population theory,learning and mastering the population at home and abroad on the basis of theory and research of the relevant authorities,according to China's national conditions and the new era of the latest data summarized comprehensively revealed the two-children policy implementation process in the current problems and the main reasons for these problems are analyzed,on this basis,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems,in theory and practice to promote our comprehensive implementation of the two-children policy.This article mainly discusses four aspects: the first part is about the population theory of Marx and the outline of the two-children policy in our country.It is mainly about Marx,Engels and Mao Zedong,and the achievements of leaders in building socialism with Chinese characteristics since the reform and opening up,as well as the important population policies promulgated after the founding of PRC.At the same time,the concept of China's overall two-children policy is defined.The second part is thehistorical necessity and practical significance of the two-children policy.Through the analysis of the epochal and historical value of the one-child policy,the inevitability of the two-children policy and its important status of population policy are highlighted.The third part is to discuss the problems in the implementation of the two-children policy.In this part,the actual situation after the implementation of the comprehensive two children as the foundation,analyzes the state,society and individuals in the population policy implementation problems and the impact of the birth of the two children will mainly due to the political economic cultural and social aspects from multiple dimensions.The fourth part is the pertinent suggestion to the questions raised in the third part.Through the concrete analysis of the existing problems and the specific national conditions and existing conditions in our country,we put forward some reference suggestions in many aspects and creatively.
