Research On The Implementation Effect Of "Comprehensive Two Child" Policy And Fertility Countermeasures Of "Three-child Policy"

China’s population age structure will be affected by aging and low fertility for a long time.In order to improve the population development strategy and meet the challenge of "low fertility trap" in advance,the "Comprehensive Two-Child" policy has been officially implemented nationwide since January 1,2016.However,the overall fertility rate in China has not increased explosively,and the actual effect is far lower than expected.Five years later,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the "Three Child" fertility policy,officially opening the "Three Child Era".As the main force of fertility in the 14 th five year plan and the 15 th five year plan,the "post-90s" group is an important force to increase labor supply and optimize the population structure.Therefore,this paper will further put forward and optimize suggestions--by studying the implementation effect of the "Comprehensive Two-Child" policy for five years--to promote the release of fertility will of the "post-90s" group under the background of "Three Child" policy.It is great significance to optimize the social population structure and improve China’s fertility rate.The research object of this study is the "post-90s" group in Guangzhou.The research content is the implementation effect of the "Comprehensive Two-Child" policy and the optimization suggestions of the "Three Child" policy.The research method is to use the tools of literature research,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and mathematical statistics.The research process is to analyze the significance of the questionnaire data and construct a mathematical model by quoting logistic regression analysis,Through the multi angle evaluation and analysis of the " Comprehensive Two-Child " policy,combined with in-depth interviews,it is found that there are imbalances in the publication and implementation of the policy,traditional old-age security and modern old-age security,fertility cost and eugenics,career development and age-appropriate marriage and childbearing.The purpose of the research is to put forward suggestions on optimizing the "Three Child" policy,formulate reasonable fertility supporting measures for the "post-90s" group,make the "Three Child" fertility policy more smooth,effectively improve the fertility level,improve the population structure,and promote the long-term balanced development of the population.
